Granite stone red granite

2. Package Details
Tile, slab & countertops: Plastic foam & wooden crate or plates.
Random & big slab: Seaworthy wooden bundles, reinforced by iron wire & wood crate to make sure the sound & safety.
All the wooden crates, bundles & pallets are fumigated. The wooden packing is strong. No damage in transportation.
3. Quality Control
1) All checked by experienced Quality Control before packing.
2) Polishing Degree: 85 degree up, or as your requirements.
3) Tolerance: +2/-1mm.

FAQ
1. Payment term?
-Normally 30% advance payment,and the balance have to be paid against documents
-100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
-Paypal,Western Union are acceptable.
2. How to get sample?
Sample(s) will be provided in condition that:
- Sample request less than 0.5m2/15kgs is free of charge.
- Sample delivery cost will be at buyer’s account.
3. When to start production?
Right after our bank confirms the arrival of the L/C or the advance payment.
4. Delivery deadline
Usually 1 to 2 weeks upon deposit for the 1st container.
5. Packaging
Packing in export standard quality wooden crates hardboard carton boxes and/or pallet based on request.
6. Guarantee & Claim?
1. Replacement or repair will be done when any manufacturing defect found in production or packaging.
2. We are not responsible for any defect that caused by the shipping or any force major condition
